Ashirvad Aqualife Systems do not support combustion and are therefore ideally suited for use in buildings and houses, exclusively for cold water pipelines. uPVC must be forced to burn due to its High Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of 45. LOI is the percentage of oxygen needed in an atmosphere to support combustion. Since the Earth’s atmosphere is only 21% oxygen, uPVC will not burn unless a flame is constantly applied, and stops burning when the ignition source is removed.

Ashirvad Underground Pipes are produced in 3 layers with the middle layer comprised of PVC foam to reduce both noise and weight.

Ashirvad introduces a new range of products featuring Low Noise SWR System (Silent and Silent Plus), with technical collaboration from France and certified testing in Germany. Made in Triple layer PVC based sound attenuating system and, available in 40 mm to 200 mm both in Solfit and Pushfit type. However, these pipes, must be used ina combination with the special GIRPI brackets to get the desired effects i.e low noise and less vibrations.

The system is designed to international specifications, it is easy to install and is low on maintenance. These are suitable for horizontal as well as vertical applications and is adaptable to IS 13592 and IS 14735.
